Spicy Vegetarian Squid

Ingredients:
4 tael vegetarian squid

2 tael peanut (strip off)

1 green capsicum

6 dry chilli

1 cube of ginger

1t salt

2T soy sauce

1t sugar

1t rice wine

1t sesame oil

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Blanch the vegetarian squid, keep the seeds of capsicum away and slice, ginger strip and slice.

2)Heat oil, sautéed dry chilli and ginger; add vegetarian squid and capsicum sliced.

3)Mix the spices. Put into step2 to fry, remove; spread peanut and serve.
