Ingredients:
10 black mushrooms
1C steam flour
clover sprouts
parsley
1t salt
1T soy sauce
1t sugar
1/2t sesame oil
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Soak mushrooms in warm water, remove the stem away, cut into half.
Fried and drain.
2)Put the steam flour and fried black mushroom in a big bowl. Heat oil,
fry soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Pour into big bowl and stir well.
3)Put the black mushrooms in the steam bowl, steam for 15 minutes over
medium heat. Arrange the black mushroom in center with clover sprouts,
garnish with parsley.
