Ingredients:
1 strip of lotus roots
1 bowl of glutinous rice
3 tael crystal sugar
1/2t sweet osmanthus savce
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Clean and cut the bottom of lotus roots. Wash the glutinous rice and
strain.
2)Put the glutinous rice in the holes of lotus root, knock the hole by
using a stick. Cook in boiling water for an hour.
3)Strip the lotus roots, slice 1cm thickness, steam for additional an
hour.
Keep in refrigerator, ready to serve.
