Toss Celery with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:
500g celery hearts
Mixture1(3T hot mustard, 2T warm water)
Mixture2(1t salt, 1/2t sugar, 1C water, 1.5t cornstarch)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Rinse celery; cut stalks into 1.5-inch sections (if end is very thick, cut in half). Cook 1 minutes in boiling water; remove and place in cold water; when cool, remove and drain.
2)Mix Mixture1 cover and set for 10 minutes; boiling Mixture2; add Mixture1; let cool and pour over celery; toss lightly and serve.

Remark:
Celery can be substituted with broccoli or cauliflower.
