Ingredients:
2 pieces of vegetarian squid
8 mushrooms
1 broccoli
8 baby corns
1 small carrot
2 chilli
2 pieces of ginger
1t salt
3T soy sauce
1T sugar
3T black vinegar
2T cornstarch
1/2t sesame oil
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Skinned carrot, slice both carrot and baby corn. Cut mushrooms into
half. Cut broccoli into small pieces and cook in boiling water with
little of salt for 2 minutes. Shredded both ginger and chilli.
2)Heat oil, sautéed both chilli and ginger for a minute. Add vegetarian
squid, mushrooms, broccoli, baby corns, carrots and spices, fry
lightly.
Thicken with cornstarch, sprinkle sesame oil; serve.
