Baked Stuffed Mushrooms with Ham and Cheese Powder Recipe

Ingredients: (Serves 1-2)

1. 9 pc Big Shiitake Mushrooms

2. Half pc Onion (cut into cubes)

3. 2 pc Garlic (chop into mince)

4. Quarter cup of Bread Crumbs

5. 20 gram Salted Butter

6. 1 tbsp Cheese powder

7. 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil

8. Some Salt

9. 1 pc Coriander (chopped)

10. 2 slice Ham (shredded)

11. Some Pepper Powder

Method:

1. Wash and cut the stem away from the mushrooms. Make a small slice cut into the mushroom bottom body.

2. Heat up a frying pan with some butter and vegetable oil. Add in onion, garlic mince and shredded ham. Stir fry until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside for later use.

3. Stuff the fried ingredients into each of the mushroom. Sprinkle the bread crumbs and cheese powder on top of the stuff ingredients.

6. Put into the heated oven (170 degree Celsius) and bake for 15 minutes, until the mushroom is soft, the surface of the stuffed ingredients should be in golden color.

7. Sprinkle some chopped coriander and pepper on top and serve while hot.
