Baked Stuffed Mushrooms with Mozzarella Cheese Recipe |

Ingredients: (Serves 1-2) 1. 5 pc Big Shiitake Mushrooms 2. 1 pc Onion (cut into cubes) 3. 1 clove Garlic (chop into mince) 4. Quarter cup of Bread Crumbs 5. 20 gram Butter 6. Half cup of Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) 7. 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil 8. Some Salt 9. Some Pepper Powder Method: 1. Wash the mushrooms. Cut away the stem of the mushrooms and chop the stem into mince. Set aside for later use. Slightly cut 2-3 cm through the surface middle bottom part of the mushroom. 2. Heat up the oven until it reaches 180 degree Celsius (356 degree F). 3. Heat up a frying pan with some butter. Add in onion cubes, garlic mince, and mushrooms stems mince. Stir fry until all are soft and fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside for later use. 4. Mix bread crumbs, olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper into the fried ingredients, stir evenly. Use spoon to stuff the ingredients into the mushrooms, slightly press the ingredients to get into the mushrooms through the cut surface. 5. When putting into the over, the mushroom surface with stuffed ingredients need to face up. So place nicely on a plate before putting into the oven. 6. Put into the heated oven and bake for 25 minutes, until the mushroom is soft and the surface of the mix ingredients become golden color. 7. Serve while hot. |
