Stuffed Mushrooms With Shrimp Recipe |

Ingredients: (Serves 1-2) 1. 250 gram Shrimp (shelled) 2. 150 gram Shintake Mushrooms 3. Quarter tsp Salt 4. 50 gram Green Beans 5. 1 pc Chicken Egg White 6. 1 tbsp Cooking Wine 7. 1 tsp Corn Flour Method: 1. Remove the stem of the mushrooms, soak in water for at least 30 minutes. 2. Chop the shrimp into mince and put into a bowl. 3. Add in egg white, salt and cooking wine, stir well with shrimp mince. 4. Wash and remove the dirt in the mushrooms, dried it and slightly cut in the middle of bottom part of the mushrooms. 5. Stuff the shrimp mince into the mushrooms. 6. Top up the stuffed mushroom with green beans. Put the stuffed mushroom into a steamer, steam until it is cooked. Remove from steamer and set aside. 7. Pour some hot boiling water into a small bowl, add some salt and corn flour to create sticky sauce. Blend well until all corn flour is fully dissolved into the mixture. 8. Pour over the sticky sauce over the top of the steamed stuffed mushrooms and serve while hot. |
