Bhendi Bhaji

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

300 gram Ladies Fingers

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 tsp panch Phora

Half tsp Turmeric powder

half tsp Chilli powder

half tsp Garam Masala

1 large chopped Onions

Salt to taste

Method:

1. Wash and romve the stalks of ladies fingers. Slice into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat up a frying pan with some vegetable oil, fry the panch phora slightly.

3. Add in onion and fry till golden.

4. Add in turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.

5. Put in the ladies fingers, mix well, cover up and cook until the ladies fingers are soft.

6. Serve with rice and curry or chapati.
