Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 1 large size Chicken 150 gram Butter 100 gram Cream 3 large finely sliced Onions 5 Cloves Half bottle Tomato Sauce 1 tsp Chilli Powder Salt to Taste Method: 1. Wash and skinned, cut the chicken into 8 large chicken. 2. Heat up a pan with some butter, fry the onions and cloves until golden brown. 3. Add in chicken pieces and salt, fry until golden. 4. Add in tomato sauce and chilli powder, cook for 10-15 minutes. 5. Add in cream and stir mix well, cover up the pan and simmer over medium-low heat until chicken is tender. 6. Serve while hot. |
