Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 2.5 cup Plain Flour Half cup Semolina 5 tbsp Ghee Half tsp Dill Seeds 1 tsp crushed Black Peppercorns finely Oil for deep frying Salt to taste Method: 1. Mix all ingredients except oil, rub in together well. Knead into a dough with some water. 2. Roll out the dough with about 2cm thick, cut into rounds about 5 cm in diameter, or cut in rectangular with 3 cm by 6 cm. 2. Heat up a deep pan with proper oil portion for deep fry. Prick all over with a fork and deep fry in hot oil over a low flame until it gets golden brown in color. |
