Dry & Spicy Chicken Curry |

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 1 Large Chicken 4 large sliced finely Onions 5 cm piece sliced finely Young Ginger 3 tbsp Chilli Powder 4 cm piece Cinnamon Stick 2 stalks chopped Spring Onions 6 tbsp Oil Juice from 1 lime Salt to Taste Method: 1. Heat up a wok with high flame with some oil. 2. Once the oil is boiling, add in cinnamon stick, ginger, half portion of onions, fry until golden. 3. Add in the chicken pieces, salt and brown well. 4. Add in chilli powder and fry over high heat, cover and simmer over medium-low heat, until the liquid get dried and the chicken is tender. 5. Put in lime juice, spring onions and stir well before serving. |
