Fry Masala

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8)

600 gram Beef Steak in steak size pieces

8 cloves Garlic

6 dried Chillies

1 tsp Cummin

Half tsp Mustard Seeds

1 tbsp Vinegar

Method:

1. Ground garlic, chilies, cummin and mustard seeds together finely until become paste.

2. Apply the paste all over the beef steak with some vinegar, some salt and marinate for at least 45 minutes.

3. Heat up a flat pan with some oil, put in the beef steak and fry with medium fire slowly, flip over occasionally until both side is brown and meat is tender.
