Great Madras Stick Curry |

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 600 gram Lean Mutton 1 cup Ginger thickly sliced 1 cup Small Onions peeled 2 tbsp Chopped Onions 3 clove chopped Garlic 3 fresh Red Chillies cut in lengthwise 1.5 tbsp Curry Powder 50 gram Ghee Method: 1. Cut the mutton into 3 cm cubes. 2. Skew cubed mutton, ginger slices, and whole small onions alternatively on sticks. Set aside. 3. Heat up a pan with some ghee, fry the chopped onions, garlic, and chillies until golden brown. 4. Mix curry powder with some water well, pour in and mix well and cook for another 5 minutes. 5. Pack the skewerd meat in the curry gravy, cover up the pan and simmer over medium low heat until the meat is tender. 6. Add in some salt to taste before serve. |
