Hot & Spicy Meat Curry

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8)

600 gram Pork or Beef or Mutton/Lamb

8 large sliced Onions

2 Sprig Curry leaves

1 tsp Mustard Seeds

1 tsp Cummin

1 small piece Turmeric

1 pod Garlic

8 fresh Red Chillies

4 tbsp Ghee

Salt and Vinegar to taste

Method:

1. Wash and cut meat into bite-sized pieces.

2. Grind cummin, mustard seeds, turmeric, garlic, and chillies finely and into paste.

3. Heat up a pan with some ghee, add in curry leaves and onion, fry until brown in color.

4. Pour in the ground spices paste and fry for 5-10 minutes.

5. Add in meat and fry well and brown for about 10 minutes.

6. Pour in half cup of water, stir well then cover up and simmer for 30 minutes, until the meat is tender.

7. Open up the cover, add salt and cook a little over with high temperature, add in vinegar to taste before serve.
