Hot & Spicy Mutton Chops

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8)

500 gram Mutton chops

4 finely minced Onions

4 chopped Tomatoes

300 gram Peas

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 small bunch Coriander leaves chopped coarsely

3 chopped Green Chillies

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

1 tsp Cummin Powder

3 cloves ground Garlic

4 cm piece ground Ginger

1 tsp Chilli Powder

1 cup Yoghurt

6 tbsp Oil

Salt to taste

Method:

1. Mix turmeric powder, coriander powder, cummin powder, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, yoghurt and salt well, put into a blender and blend thoroughly.

2. Marinate the mutton chops with the blended paste for at least 2 hours.

3. Heat up a pan and fry the minced onions with some oil until golden.

4. Put in the marinated chops and slightly fry both side until brown with the oil separate.

5. Add some water to cover up the chops and set to low heat for simmering until the meat is tender.

6. Serve when the sauce get dry and meat is tender.
