Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 300 gram Long Grain or Basmati Rice A little Butter 8 cup of thin Coconut Milk Quarter tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt Method: 1. Mix the rice with salt, grind together finely. 2. Add in coconut milk and stir well, put in baking soda, mix well and set aside overnight. 3. Heat up a small egg pan with some butter, pour in little batter and mover around the pan to get butter runs all around to have the lacy effect. 4. Once the batter become firms or cooked in the middle, remove from heat and keep warm in a tea cloth. 5. Serve while hot. |
