Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 5 cup Boiling Water 1 tsp Fresh Tea 5 bruised Cardamom Pods 1 piece Cinnamon stick Pinch of Saffron Strands 2 tbsp Finely Flaked Almonds Sugar to taste Method: 1. Star to brew the tea and set aside for 5 - 10 minutes. 2. Put in the spices. 3. Put each a teaspoonful of flaked almonds in each individual cup. 4. Pour in the tea over the almonds, add in sugar to taste and drink it while hot. |
