Mix Vegetables Biryani

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

4 small cup of half-cooked rice

2 cup of chopped Carrot

1 cup of Peas

1 cup of Corn

1 cup of French Beans

1 cup of chopped Onions

1 cup of chopped Tomatoes

Half cup Ghee

1 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves

4 Sticks Cinnamon, Cardamoms, Star Anise

Method:

1. Sliced thinly the French beans.

2. Heat up a pan and put in the ghee. Add in onions, cinnamon, cardamoms, star anise, carrots, French beans and tomatoes. Fry evenly until the mixture turn to golden light brown.

3. Add in rice, corn, peas, coriander leaves and salt, switch off the heat and mix well.

4. Cover up the pan. Remove from heat.

5. Put into a steamer and steam until the rice is cooked.

6. Garnished with sliced red chilli or coriander leaves.

7. Best serve with chicken biryani or pilau.
