Palak Ka Saag

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

600 gram Spinach

2 large sliced thinly Onions

3 seeded & chopped Green Chillies

4 cloves chopped Garlic

2 tbsp Oil

Salt to taste

Method:

1. Washed and chopped spinach, drain and set aside.

2. Heat up a pan with some oil, fry garlic until golden.

3. Add in onions and fry till golden too.

4. Add in chopped chillies and fry for 2 minutes.

5. Add in spinach, mix well and cover up the pan, cook over low heat until dry.

6. Sprinkle salt and stir well, serve hot.
