Simple & Easy Egg Curry |

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 8 hard boiled Eggs, sliced in half 3 large finely chopped Onions 4 cloves finely chopped Garlic 3 cm piece shredded fine Ginger 5 tsp ground Coriander 3 tsp ground Turmeric 2 tsp Chilli Powder 5 diced Tomatoes 1 cup Hot Water 5 tbsp Oil Half tsp Garam Masala Salt to taste Method: 1. Heat up a pan with some oil, fry the onions, garlic and ginger until golden. 2. Add in coriander, turmeric, and chilli, fry for 2 minutes. 3. Put in tomatoes, salt to taste. Stir well with medium flame for 5-10 minutes. 4. Pour in hot water, cover up the pan and set to simmer until gravy thickens. 5. Stir well constantly and add in garam masala and eggs/ 6. Bring to boil for another 15 minutes and remove from heat and serve. |
