Special Indian Fresh Mint Chutney

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

1 full cup packed Mint leaves

8 Spring Onions

3 chopped Fresh Green Chillies

1 tsp Masala Salt

Half cup Lemon Juice

Salt to taste

1 tsps Sugar

3 tbsp Water

Method:

1. Prepare smooth puree by blending together mint leaves, spring onions, lemon juice, green chillies, masala salt, salt, sugar and water.

2. Pour the chutney into small dish, smooth the surface, cover up and chill in refrigerator.

3. Serve as dips or sauce for any rice meals.
