Special Indian Shish Kebabs

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8)

1.5 kilo gram boneless Lamb

2 large Capsicum

6 cloves crushed Garlic

Juice from 3 lemons

1 tsp ground Black Pepper

4 Onions cut halve

3 tbsp Oil

2 tsp Salt

Method:

1. Wash the lamb and cut into cubes. Drain set aside.

2. Diced capsicum into 3 cm squares.

3. Mix garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and oil together, apply onto lamb cubes and marinates for overnight in refrigerator.

4. Drain the marinated meat well. Skew the meat, capsicum, and onions alternately.

5. Setup a charcoal fire for roasting or grill in a high temperature oven. Brushing occasionally with the marinate sauce while roasting or cooking.

6. Serve when the meat is roasted all rounded in golden color.
