Special Jhal Farazi

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8)

600 gram cooked Meat

6 boiled and diced Potatoes

8 cloves chopped Garlic

5 cm piece Ginger finely slice

2 tsp Chili Powder

3 chopped Onions

1 tsp Garam Masala

6 tbsp Ghee

Salt to taste

Half tsp Turmeric Powder

Method:

1. Heat up a pan with Ghee, fry the onions until golden brown.

2. Add in garlic and fry for another 3 minutes.

3. Put in the cooked meat and potatoes with all spices and salt to taste. Stir thoroughly well and fry with medium high fire until the mixture get dry.

4. Serve while hot.
