Yoghurt Curry Chicken |

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 1 large Chicken 2 chopped Onions 3 cloves Garlic 3 tsp chopped fresh Ginger 1 tsp Garam Masala Half tsp Chilli powder Small bunch Mint leaves 1 tbsp ground Turmeric 1 cup Yoghurt 1 cup chopped Tomatoes 3 tbsp Oil Salt to taste Method: 1. Cleaned and cut the chicken into pieces. 2. Mix onions, garlic, ginger and mint leaves together and grind finely. 3. Heat up a pan with some oil and fry pureed mixture, stirring constantly. 4. Add in garam masala, salt, chili powder, turmeric cook for 5 minutes. 5. Add in tomatoes, yoghurt and cook until gravy gets thickens. 6. Add chicken and stir well until chicken is fully coated with the gravy. 7. Cover up the pan and simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender. 8. Serve hot. |
